Husteads Auto Body

Staff members were friendly and personable. They kept me posted with the progress of the repair throughout the process. All the other relevant aspects were handled seamlessly by the shop. My car was ready for pickup sooner than the estimated timeframe. They did a superior job replacing and painting the side panel of my car. You can trust the quality of the job and the job skills of the technicians here.

Husteads did a great job of repairing all the damage done to our Subaru. Communication was prompt and the whole process from setting up the repair, securing a rental, and picking up our car was smooth. We were updated at every stage. The team at Husteads are friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and we would do so again if ever needed.

I went to the Seventh Street location in Berkeley and they really took care of me and did a stellar job! Sam Dierkha and his team really went to bat for me because I was dealing with an unreasonable insurance company that was not following through on their policy. Sam took time out of his day to meet with the adjuster and make sure things were completed with the utmost quality and professionalism. I can't recommend Husteads more. Above all, I have personally experienced superior customer service at this Seventh Street, Berkeley location!

This was my second experience with Husteads. I came back because the service had been so good the first time. Service was timely. The repair work was excellent. They also went the extra mile: they removed and reapplied a bumper sticker to the rear hatch they’d replaced. And unlike a mechanic’s shop, the van was clean when I got it back.

Very happy with repair and service. Sam's crew did an excellent job on the collision loss on our Audi. Sam also represented us very well with the insurance company making sure they used original parts. Highly recommend Hustead Autobody.
